1983	Foundation of the Cybertron GmbH as one of the first members of the German "Innovations- und Gründerzentrum" (BIG) in Berlin.
1985	Production of customer-specific robot equipments for automation of assembling, measuring, and testing processes.
1987	Development of patented dosing systems with laser-supported process control.
1992	Beginning of the production of axes systems and robot modules on the basis of the patented differential gear CYBERGEAR.
1993	Move to the new operating site in Berlin-Johannesthal.
1995	Planning and production of customer-specific robot cells with CYBERGEAR axes systems.
1999	Shifting of the main working field to the development and production of automation solutions to be used in laboratories. Development and serial production of the miniature control MiniControl.
2001	Majority participation in the company by Analytik Jena AG and change the company`s name to AJ Cybertron GmbH.
2002	Presentation of the robot "PlateStar" for handling Microtiter plates. Development and production of modular designed, compact robot platforms for coverage of high sample rates in the analytic.
2003	Development and production of 8-fold auto samplers
