Miniature Motion-Controllers
AJ Cybertron is always anxious to develop and produce especially compact systems. This demand could also be implemented in the development of the miniature motion-controllers. On a footprint of a few square centimetres the controller and the necessary power amplifier are integrated. In many cases the modules are an adequate substitute for the much more expensive and bigger motion-controllers in conventional constructions and allow especially space-saving combinations of drives and control systems.
AJ Cybertron has always strived to develop particularly compact axis systems. We were able to systematically implement this standard once again with our smallest motor control. For the approach and development of 1-axis drives, we put the experience of many years into the Cyberservo CO9110 control. Equipped with a quick PID control and 3A final power stage this control is used for simple positioning runs. The approach is carried out with the help of a convenient instruction set via a superordinated controlling computer or controller. The low cost justifies the use of serial products. The compact design allows the direct installation into our miniature axis units. With the RS485 interface, up to 31 axes can be managed simultaneously via a 3-wire bus line. In devices, the preferred placement is within direct vicinity of the motor. Cabling, as with classical bus systems, is considerably simpler, the supply lines to the motor are short for the benefit of the EMC
AJ Cybertron has always strived to develop particularly compact devices and systems. We were able to systematically implement this standard once again with our miniature controls. For the approach of stand-alone devices and small systems, we put the experience of many years into developing the Cyberservo CO5600 control. Equipped with 3 servo controls and sufficient in-/outputs as well as all necessary interfaces to the outside world, this control is used with 80% of our devices. The simple basic programming and the comprehensive instruction set reduced developing times for the devices to a minimum. The low cost justifies the use of serial products. The compact design and the isolation of the interface circuit board allow an ideal placement within the device. On a base area that is smaller than the euroboard format both control and the necessary output stages are integrated. The control is a full-fledged substitute for the much more expensive and larger conventional controls in many cases and allows the implementation of drive- and control solutions that are particularly useful to save space.
Stand alone-Controllers
AJ Cybertron is one of the few suppliers, which produce completely assembled controllers ready for connection. The stand alone-controllers for up to four axes are assembled in a standard 19" housing, which contains the controller, the required power electronics and the power supply. The controllers are programmed by the user panel or a PC connected through a serial interface.
The Advanced Cyberservo Control allows the control of up to 4 stepping motors and/or servomotors. The user-friendly control offers an extensive instruction set and is easily programmable. It differs from other AJ Cybertron`s controllers by an integrated programming panel with plain-text display for the direct programming of the axes without a PC.

The control described here guarantees the ideal interaction of all components. Connections to other controls and peripheral devices can be created via the freely programmable inputs and outputs. Therefore, the integration into ongoing operations can be carried out easily.
