Nucleic acid extraction using a homogenizer
All innuSPEED kits are optimally adapted for sample processing using the SpeedMill P12 and hence, permit extremely rapid and very efficient nucleic acid isolation. Both the yield and quality of the isolated nucleic acids are excellent.

For fast and simple isolation of RNA from bacteria or fungi samples. The kit combines a very efficient homogenization of starting materials and efficient destruction of microbial cell walls using specialized Lysis Tubes which will be processed in the homogenizer SpeedMill P12 or in an other homogenizer. After mechanically processing and heating lysis step the sample will be transferred onto a Spin Filter unit and the DNA will be bound on the Spin Filter surface. A second Spin Filter is used for binding of the RNA. Following by washing and elution of the bound RNA, which is ready to use for further downstream applications.
For isolation of total RNA from different amounts (max. 50 mg) of different kinds of plant material.
